I am a motivated and experienced die maker/repairer interested in seeking employment in a challenging and rewarding company. I am a team player and experienced leader willing to work in any capacity. I have over fourteen years experience and have served in a multitude of positions. I am a results orientated worker that is interested in applying my skills and knowledge in a progressive company to the benefit of my employer. I am dedicated and looking for a career opportunity.
In my over fourteen years of die experience, I have gained the following skills: Set up and operation of manual equipment (i.e. Lathe, mill, surface grinder; drill press; I.D and O.D. grinder, etcâ€¦). I am a skilled welder able to weld tool steel such as (A2, S7, O1, stainless, aluminum, CRS, etcâ€¦). I am also skilled in MIG, TIG, arc, and gas welding. I have worked with numerous different types of presses and have vast knowledge in troubleshooting and problem solving. Additionally, I have experience in setting up tools for quick changeover jobs and enjoy being challenged. I have successfully completed a number of continuous improvement programs. I am diligent in maintaining all safety standards.
