Mr. Croisant served as the engineering technician for this project. Duties for this cold recycle
project included: maximum specific gravities, moistures, t-180 (one points) for nuclear density testing,
along with bulk specific gravities. Paperwork included standard forms, along with state paperwork, and the
daily logs for project yields and onsite quantities. Sample duties included: collecting samples for the state,
maintaining a log of all samples, and filling out state paperwork for transfer of the samples to various state
branches. Samples included: hot asphalt, lime, rejuvenating agents, oil, and aggregate.
Golden Grease Monkey – Golden, Colorado
Mr. Croisant served as the engineering technician for this project. Duties included: over excavation of site,
observation of soil changes, inspection of finished elevation, and the testing of import material, using the nuclear moisture density gauge. Working closely with the contractor on this project was key, to be sure all expansive material was removed.
Walgreens Store #10175 – Aurora, Colorado
Mr. Croisant served as the engineering technician for this project. Duties included: footing inspections, steel inspections, along with nuclear moisture density testing, and concrete testing. Overall observations
of the finished asphalt and masonry was performed.
U.S. Army base – Guernsey, Wyoming
Mr. Croisant served as the engineering technician for this project for the army. Duties included: besides working closely with the army, nuclear densities, shoulder observations, maintaining a log of quantity , and total tons per day, and answering the army’s concerns about appearance , test results, and total tons per day.
Duties also included using a ten foot beam, inspecting consistency in the roadway.
Horsetooth Reservoir – Fort Collins, Colorado
Mr. Croisant served as engineering technician for this project. Duties included: soils observations( moisture density relationships between the rip rap and the degeneration of the face of the dam), lab testing to find a material suitable for the face layer of the dam, gradations, constant placement observation of soil and class 6 material, washes, and proctors, along with other variously placed federal testing frequencies, and tests.
Paperwork included a detailed log of equipment, and totals of material and distances, also included standard forms such as daily reports, copies of such forms were inspected buy the federal inspectors, then signed by myself and the contractors.
Windsor Lake reclamation – Windsor, Colorado
Mr. Croisant served as engineering technician for this project. Duties included: large amount of soil observation seven days per week, controlling what soil is being used for the liner of the lake( fat clay).
A large amount of nuclear moisture densities were performed to insure the proper compaction/moisture was obtained. Other duties included obtaining samples, close working relationship with the head of the contracting company, and at the same time the city of Windsor inspectors and engineers. Paperwork included standard measurements of slope, along with standard daily logs for time and job totals.
Yampa Valley Airport – Hayden, Colorado
Mr. Croisant served as the secondary engineering technician for this project. Duties included: sub grade testing, proctors, gradations, washes, and nuclear moisture densities. Also, placement of asphalt, and gathering samples for the city labs, and concrete testing. Paperwork included a very detailed log of test locations, and test results for all asphalt placed.

Mr. Croisant served as the secondary engineering technician for the asphalt lab of earth engineering.
Duties included, gathering of various aggregates for : gradations, washes, and mixing of various oils for designed asphalt. Lab work included, maximum specific gravities, bulk specific gravities, burn off’s , molding pucks for voids testing, along with other various tests pertaining to asphalt mix designs.
Berthoud water treatment facility – Berthoud, Colorado
Mr. Croisant served as the engineering technician for this project. Duties included, observation of many large drilled piers, soil inspections, and moisture density inspections, along with working closely with all persons involved with this project. Main goal being safety, and a timely completion of the project, also maintaining a verbally open relationship between client and contractor. Lab work included destructive testing of cylinders and test’s performed on soils found onsite…via swell testing and some micro deval.
Mr. Croisant was also responsible for various scheduling duties.
Fox Meadows – Longmont, Colorado
Mr. Croisant served as the engineering technician for this project for two years. Duties included exploratory drilling for varying soil strata and water slope or level, measuring water levels, resistivities, and surface grading . Also performed on-site concrete testing, concrete hammer testing, and moisture densities. Later on site included slab on grade inspections, perimeter drain inspections, and other various inspections and tests.
