Infrastructure Generalist – Install, configure and maintain a wide variety of digital computing hardware and software in support of Satellite Development Center. Hardware includes PC computers, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, FAX machines, video projectors and telecommunications equipment. Responsible for replacement of over 500 computers and monitors with newer, upgraded models, while preserving customer’s data.
