I started The Woods as the receptionist and was promoted to Business Office Manager after 3 months. My responsibilities included handling any complaints/concerns regarding staff and/or residents. I maintained personnel folders, vendors’ files and resident’s billing information. I worked with Home Office with benefits and payroll. I was HR and Accounting. I problem solved issues concerning resident’s billing and vendors. I made bank deposits of the residents rent checks each month. I calculated the residents rent each month for Home Office to process the monthly invoices. I also set up and participate in orientation for new staff. I ordered new uniforms for the staff. Every Tuesday I would prepare the packet of all bills and other paperwork to be sent to Home Office

I used to work in the Harrisburg depot. The company closed all depots. I transferred to the Sunbury area to work. All 14 depots phone calls and paperwork came into this office.
I took customers orders over the phone. I pulled messages from the voice mail.
I was responsible for 3 depots paperwork. I made copies of all notes and then fax the copies to the proper location. I keyed orders; salesman settlements sheets and check customers’ orders into the computer.
I prepared the deposit to be sent out daily to Fed-ex.
When I was in the Harrisburg location, I also handled all unauthorized accounts for that location. If there was a problem with any customers, (non-payment, etc.) I would send out the proper letter or contact the customer by phone. I posted all checks that came into the office. I did bank deposit for that location. I did filing, petty cash, settled in salesman daily.
I created letters to be sent out to customers. I worked with Microsoft word and excel. I used a calculator on a daily basis. I created signs/ posters as needed for different projects. I created forms to be use in the office. I would order supplies for the office. I created spreadsheets.
I am dependable, energetic and can multi task. I get along with people of any age.
