This included warehousing the file, auditing, and shipping, following up on all missing documents and recorded documents to the investor within 30 days of closing. I audited all closing packages with the HUD Binder documents. I also worked with the Echo and Class system to HUD for payment of the MIP. I prepared VA files for VA to issue the LGC and payment of the VA funding fee. For conventional loans I worked with Mornet to submit to FNMA.
