Managed recruiters and personally sourced and recruited ALL senior management for the company. Interfaced and strategized with department heads in Marketing, Project/Program Management, Finance, Operations, Product Development, Sales, Call Center as well as VP level at parent company, FairPoint Communications. Through personal recruiting efforts and revenues produced thereof, contributed to the growth and success of the newly formed offices; CPi making the INC. 500 list several times; CPi being voted the fastest growing private company in the Piedmont and with the President/CEO being named North Carolina Entrepreneur of the year.
