Responsible for the company’s first mid-rise multi-use project: A 4 story 50,000sf development housing a bank,
medical clinic, retail spaces and two levels of luxury loft apartments located in Chattanooga’s historic North
Shore District where it was recognized by the City of Chattanooga’s Land Development Office as one of the
City’s top 5 examples of urban architecture. Included in this list were two other of the company’s projects which
were both historic multi-use privately held developments.
Responsible for 5 developments which include (1) 22 Condominiums, (2,3,4) 45 luxury apartments and 3
restaurants and (5) the company’s first 240 unit apartment complex including clubhouse and pool.
Relationship with two regional restaurant chains providing design/build services. One of the chains has selected
the company to provide its signature prototype design which is now under construction in Knoxville, .
Niche Market providing design/build services for 14 express auto wash projects with an average cost of $2
Million/Project. Success direct result of company’s expertise in site planning, site development and creating the
