I completed a four year apprenticeship with which I acquired my Journeyman’s card. During this time I was recognized for perfect attendance and also had high academic standards. My experience in the electrical industry covers residential, commercial and all aspects of industrial, construction and maintenance. Currently, certified in CPR, First-Aid, fork lift operation and have an OSHA 30 card. I am also a team player, have excellent mechanical and motor skills and the ability to perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner. My employment in electrical maintenance at Qimonda semi-conductor plant, daily include the PM of Mccbuckets, VFD’s, PLC’s and motor starter disconnects that control damper’s, motors, AHU’s and EHF’s. This includes relay’s, TB’s, fuses, overloads and the calibration of current limit switches. I have performed general maintenance on 4160 and 13,200 volt switch gear and high voltage breakers. Also have performed maintenance and installed generator’s capable of producing 4,160 volts. I have also been responsible of all the lighting, as well as other electrical needs plant wide. In addition, I am responsible for crew times, tickets and material records.

During my employment as a helper, I kept the machine supplied with creel yarn, tubes and other supplies to keep it running continuously. Working as a draw twist operator, I set up schedules, prepared labels for operation, perform house-cleaning tasks, and operated computerized scales. In addition I operated an upgrade and chopper machines, Pronto, Tow motor and cardboard strapper.
While attending Thomas Dale High School, I was a member of the cross-country and wrestling teams. In 1998, I was District Champion in wrestling and qualified for the state tournament. I was a member of the Key and Letterman Clubs for four years. At Richard Bland College I participated in intramural basketball and volleyball.
