Duties: My duties as receiving clerk included checking in creating loads, preparing appropriate paperwork and tools for the crew to do their duties, keeping up with start and stop times as well as keeping accurate records of the counts and recording and reporting of all discrepancies of the loads received on all trailers unloaded nightly with particular attention to the containers so as not to incur charges from the container companies, finishing all paperwork nightly, occasionally making appointments for future deliveries, filing, answering phones and other office related duties.
Skills: I am proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Duties: My duties as cartographer included drafting of tax maps, reading and interpreting legal descriptions from deeds, wills, surveys and other legal documents. I also performed other office duties such as filing, answering phones and all the daily paperwork associated with changing the tax information according to the documentation provided.
Skills: I have used both mechanical and computer drafting tools and had attended several continuing education courses in the pursuit of keeping current with the trends and skills associated with the performance of my duties. This position also required extensive researching abilities on a daily basis to trace ownership, right of ways, legal boundaries etc. which on occasion qualified me to testify to my findings in several court cases.
