I also have experience in reconcilement balancing and research involving customer accounts. Duties: As an HR Assistant/Accounts Payable Specialist my duties are new hire orientation, assisting with benefit coordination, assisting with payroll processing, entering payroll information in Excel spreadsheets, entering attendance in the Attendance Software Program, maintaining employee records in accordance with State and Federal requirements, processing invoices for payment that includes submitting for management approval and coding to the general ledger account, keying invoices into the Ross Accounts Payable system, check processing that includes printing and mailing of checks and filing.

Duties: As an Account Specialist my main duties were ATM balancing, return check processing, CD & IRA verification, file maintenance, and customer service.
10/98-5/00: First Liberty Bank, Macon, Ga.
Duties: As an ATM reconcilement Specialist my main duties were balancing ATM reconcilement accounts, researching customer related ATM problems, spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel for various ATM accounts, performed research and clearing of outages
on ATM reconcilement accounts. The recent sale of First Liberty Bank will result in its operations being moved to North Carolina and is the reason for my search for another position in Macon.

Duties: Receptionist, checking in patients, typing charts, checking out patients, posting charges and payments, accounts receivable, scheduling appointments, general secretarial duties, balancing daily cash sheet, filing and general office duties.

Duties: As a returns charge back clerk, my main duties were to process returned checks using a Vector system on an IBM PC, file maintenance, encoding checks on a Maverick Encoder, daily adjustments on work received from the Federal Reserve, and balance to general ledger accounts which also included researching and clearing outages.

Duties: As an installment loan processor and information clerk, my duties were: verify and process sales contracts, run credit bureau reports, process paid out accounts, run monthly report on all loans handled by my department, customer service, light typing, and general secretarial functions.
10/89-1/91: Office of Dr. Susan Raybourne, Macon, Ga.
Duties: Receptionist, insurance clerk, billing, accounts receivable, balancing daily cash receipts, daily bank deposits, patient scheduling, and light secretarial duties.
I am a 1975 graduate of Southwest High School, Macon, Ga., in courses that included two years of vocational office training.
I work well with other people, take and follow instruction well. I am very punctual and believe in doing my work right the first time, and am comfortable working in an accounting and customer service environment. I am active in my church and enjoy working with computers.
