Other duties included resetting password and unlocking user’s accounts using Active Directory. I also helped user install printers, install wireless EVDO cards, troubleshooting EVDO connections, troubleshooting Cisco VPN connections, Black berry Desktop installation, tethering issues with the Blackberry and any wide variety of problems that the end user would have with their laptop or desktop computers. While with GWA our team became ISO 9001 certified. While with GWA, I was promoted to Tier 2 support.
