Nutrition Education May 2007-Septembr 2008
Developed and presented a variety of nutrition education pieces for businesses and clubs including: Catholic Charities, elementary schools, Curves, Nor-Tech computer company, running clubs and Minnesota’s Health Program, Women Infant and Children. Presentations ranged from intoducing the new food guide pyramid and stressing a healthy lifestyle, to information on farmers markets, as well as how to fuel the body for intense exercise.
