Responsibilities included: Management of 5 to 7 seasonal employees. Daily management of tee sheet. Weekly scheduling for golf shop staff. Weekly maintenance of several leagues for men, women, and juniors.
As second in command of all golf operations at Plymouth Country Club, it was paramount that I utilized my ability to effectively communicate with people of varying ages and backgrounds.
I single handedly ran several corporate golf outings as well as private tournaments at the club. A major part of this was attracting these respective organizations to Plymouth Country Club. This required me to effectively “sell” the club to them as a venue for their event. Hence, I feel that I thrive in any environment that requires me to understand, relate to, and communicate with prospective clients in a business environment.

Responsibilities included: Daily management of store, in absence of owner. Handling of all orders and customer service in absence of owner. Fielded phone calls regarding questions about orders or products. Handled all “walk in” business in absence of owner. I was also responsible for helping to grow the business in any way possible.
