My objective is to bring my skills and knowledge to a company that will allow them to be put to use in a way that will benefit the company and myself. I started out with this company as an independent contractor then accepted a full time position with them to expand my knowledge in the field of insurance loss and restoration. After a two year contract in the Marine Corps I went to work for a family owned company that gave me a great base of knowledge in the field of construction and construction management. I was an onsite superintendent for many years and dealt with sub-contractors, material ordering and delivery, customer relations and contract negotiations.

During my short term in the Marine Corps, I was trained in aviation maintenance. I specialized in fuel delivery systems, hydraulics and pumps. I achieved the rank of PFC strait out of boot camp and quickly advanced to corporal. I was in charge of 30 men and 3 styles of aircraft.

I am currently enrolled at The University of Phoenix in their associates program. I have a GPA of 3.84 and upon completing my associates degree in business I plan to continue my education to receive my bachelors in construction management.

I am one that is trusted to communicate with customers about their needs and concerns. I am a problem solver and am great with building a customer’s trust and confidence in my company’s ability to perform the desired tasks in the desired time and within budget. I am a great contract negotiator, I listen to the customer’s needs and builds a contract and plan around those needs.
I am computer literate in many formats and am confident in learning new software to enlarge and strengthen my abilities.
My primary interest is to finish my formal education so that I may take that knowledge and use it to further my career and expand the company that uses my knowledge.
