In addition to over 30 years of electrical and electronic design experience, I have very strong mechanical aptitude, experience, and skills.
Designed analog and digital platform leveling system for mobile stretcher that synchronized the speed of two DC motors on two lift arms to level the platform within 1 degree. Supervisors were enthusiastic about my work. I delivered!
Designed radiation resistant analog and digital power distribution control system, including BCD encoders and decoders and relay controls, for New Millenium Deep Space One space craft. At last report, this system was still going strong four years after launch. Saved several thousand dollars by careful selection of components.
