For the last three months I have been teaching elementary and middle school aged children English as a second language. In addition to teaching and preparing materials for my classes I was also responsible for creating curriculum for ESOL courses for use at multiple Powerstudy school locations.

This position was with a foreclosure law firm where I was responsible for scheduling hearing dates and managing court dockets for our office attorneys as well as our downstate legal counsel. In addition, I coordinated service efforts statewide with process servers, drafted court documents for hearings and provided litigation support for legal actions.

My responsibilities at this position included conducting intake procedures for potential clients and preliminary investigations into possible future litigation. I also provided support for ongoing litigation which included drafting internal memorandums and legal documents for attorneys as well as organizing clients, correspondence and court filings using our internal electronic filing system (Case Manager Pro) for large class-action cases. In addition, I served as the liaison for the Securities and Consumer Fraud Group organizing marketing efforts and managing legal calendars, meetings and conference calls for the group.
