Customer service has always been a main focus of my past employer. Since 1999 I have been providing our customers with the knowledge that I have obtained at Biomet Sports Medicine of products and surgical techniques. I would also like to accomplish more goals in life and I am sure this position would put me on track to help accomplish my goals.
Over 15 years of experience throughout various aspects of a global supplier of technique-specific instruments and implants for anterior cruciate ligament ( ACL ) reconstruction and arthroscopic shoulder repairs. Able to proficiently set up and operate CNC Mill, CNC Lathe, Wire/Sinker EDM and manual mills/lathes. Can make minor adjustments to programs as needed. Have worked with various types of metals including titanium, aluminum and various medical grade materials. Obtained the ability to troubleshoot and repair Wire /Sinker EDM’s. Have more than four years of proven machining experience.

Performed the daily tasks of receiving damaged product. Which included disinfecting and sterilizing the product via autoclave or a Cidex solution. Contacting the customer In advance to notify of any charges for the damaged product. Made an evaluation on the item sent in. Performed the repair on item as needed. Returned item to customer in a timely manner.
Shipping/Receiving Clerk 1994-1996
Duties included processing incoming shipments. Verified items matched the purchase order requisition via AS400 system. Forwarded items to proper location for distribution. Shipped ordered product thru Fed-X and UPS. Maintained and conducted cycle counts daily to ensure inventory accuracy.
Stockroom Attendant / Material Handler 1993-1996
Received product from warehouse to place into inventory for proper storage and distribution. Performed daily cycle counts for inventory accuracy. Received material list from plannner for items to be assembled. Pulled and issued items to proper location for assembly. Issued replacement parts as needed to complete assembly.
