Have received manager of the year in three of these years and zone manager of the year award. Also have received company mentor award two years and been nominated four years. Current restaurant running below 40% employee turnover. Have opened up three units, two as a general manager and one as an assistant manager. Restaurant has been accident free four of the last five years, and also scoring above company goals on guest service measurement tools.
