2005 to 2007:
My daily focus is the protection of company assets. I’m responsible for reconciling PRG daily trading activity and settlement of all trading activity. Responsible for monitoring, researching and resolving discrepancies between recordkeeping (Omni Plus system) and Trading. To accomplish this, I have knowledge of the various Omni Plus transactions that are used to process the transfers (t381), contributions (T114), withdrawals (T404/444), terminations (T404), dividends (T219/301), earnings (301) etc.
1996 to 2005: The Princeton Retirement Group, Subsidiary of Merrill Lynch.
Responsible for the overall administration and client service for an assigned group of retirement plan accounts. Duties include assuring all processing; client requests, and scheduled events are completed accurately and timely. Maintain and update administrative manuals, to keep them current. Maintain client satisfaction, and confidence through personal attention, and quick response to client needs and concerns as they arise. Working knowledge of various technological applications used for daily record keeping such as OmniPlus & OmniPay.
Senior Pension Administrator
Responsible for all funding activity in Defined Contribution Department of the Atlanta office. Performed record keeping services for numerous large accounts. Provided teleservicing support for a major client with 6,000.00 participants. Produced daily reports to provide additional customer support, and corresponded through formal letters to address specific issues. Trained a fully functional staff when a Teleservice Unit was established.
1971 to 1989: METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, New York, NY

Supervised 15 Pension Administrators. Provided training for new staff, and ongoing processing improvement training for all pension administrators. Authorized monetary transactions up to $250,000.00. Analyzed, and prepared financial reports for deposits, withdrawals, interests, annual IRS schedules, and audit reports for outside accounts. Was directly responsible for several major accounts, which included Smith-Barney, AT&T, ITT, L.F. Rothchild, etc.
