·Setup of warehouse operation Flow at CDC Alipur for KB’s Fair Price Shop an Ambitious Projects with successfully opening of 8 no’s initial Stores.
·There were project scraps lying at the Warehouse occupying a space of around 2000 Sqft In KB’s fair Price Warehouse for almost 2 years which were segregated and sold to scrap dealers after competitive bidding – saving and utilising warehouse space to the tune of around Rs.24000/month – The excess space to be utilised and billed to the existing formats or new formats
·Developed XL based Weight Calculation Matrix which was helped in Utilisation & Vehicle Loadablity
·Optimum use of available dedicated fleet and hence we reduced Four vehicles (against Eight vehicles we kept only 4 vehicles) with a saving of Rs.55000/ Month
·Mapped the stores and their requisition wherein vehicles would be sent weekly once or twice to the stores thereby reduction in cost and saving of time and hence control on damages
·Reduction in Warehouse Cost/ Square feet from Rs.54/Sqft to Rs.52.Sqft – by reducing the manpower and tab on transportation cost, Reduction in Transportation Cost/Per KG, C/box for Incity & Upcountry movements.
