·For approximately 10 years I have been team leader, Supervisor, Manager, and Mentor. For Approximately 10 years in customer services field working in many environments from register, drive thru, food preparation, cook, taking phone orders, opening and closing stores, to putting freight on the shelves. I have also done price changes, clearanced items, and cycle counts. Supervising and training employees in food services on an U.S. military installation and civilian establishments. Past experiences and training in customer service, and efficiency have allowed me to serve the customer and the company better. I believe that timeliness, quality, and service can be increased in any system. Experience in new product implementation from training employees all the way to distribution to customer. I am able to think on my feet, good with people, and able to make command decisions and perform well under pressure. ·As a front desk clerk I was responsible for checking customers in and out using the computer system, and taking reservations both on paper and in the computer system. Some of the other duties included but not limited to customer service, doing company paperwork, other clerical duties, and answering guest questions. Also responsible for cash and credit card entries to make sure register balanced at beginning and end of shifts, making the evening drop in the safe, and receptionist duties answering phones. In between these other duties I was also responsible for doing the laundry to making sure housekeeping had everything they needed to do their jobs.
