My tasks in the Full Disclosure Division was to verify that every invoice was found and matched to their clients report. Verified that all billing, time aired, dates and dollar amounts were correct or corrected. If invoices were missing or a decrepancie was found, the clients report would be set aside until all invoices were found and added. I would verify the report a second time. The document and report would be scanned into their system, pending the next two broadcast months completion, which I would burn the clients reports onto a CD, package it ,and mail it out. A second burned CD was made for inhouse record keeping. I managed these books and register. I was laid off due to business reformation and budget cuts.
