Â· Accounts Payable/Receivable/Payroll/Human Resources:
Accurately assemble, audit, examine, track and pay all dealer invoices within a designated timeframe on a daily basis. Examine all invoices and prompt pay stamp to ensure all deductions and interest are paid and taken when applicable. Ensure that all lines of accounting are keyed and applied correctly; return any incorrect invoice in a timely manner. Maintain files on all returning invoices. Maintain financial security by following internal accounting controls and assisting vendors with any problems that may occur.
Prepare vouchers for payment of invoices; verify incoming invoices and process for payment. Maintain files of pending and paid documents, answer inquiries and provide policy and procedural information on the status of checks and invoices, examine and verify tapes which generate vendor checks, and verify data to ensure accuracy. Audit payroll records to ensure smooth processing, code direct deposit forms, file maintenance, mail distribution, and general office functions.
Responsible for customer service, telephone inquiries, verification and stop payment requests on lost cashier checks and money orders, and international transactions for all Wells Fargo Branches.
Input personnel action information into the HRIS system. Including; new hire paperwork, salary adjustments, merit increases, W4 forms, managing an scheduling vacation schedules, assisting with payroll check distribution, filing, answering phones, and providing customer service. Respond to inquiries for verification of employment and other personnel related action.
Â· Data Entry:
Provide data entry services for companies conducting consumer based marketing surveys. Also provide payroll services for BART, and the San Francisco County In-Home Support Services.
Assist with a special project for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Seasonal Taxes. Duties included inputting payor information received from 1040A forms into the Bank of American CRT system.
