Main function was the maintenance of all templates making sure that they were exactly like the original drawing. Processed all requests for drawings, procedures, and specifications.

October 1996 to February 2000. Processed new products and ECOs, filled print requests, ran daily and weekly reports from MRP systems. Coordinated documentation packages and filled requests for offsite manufacturing facilities and distribution centers. Developed and implemented an automated ECO distribution process utilizing Novell GroupWise and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Responsible for electronic maintenance of released files (Microsoft Word, SDRC, AutoCAD, Macintosh Artmasters, and Agile). Duties included verification of file content, version, and revision levels; moving files from engineering hold-to-released directories; creating postscript documents and hard copy masters for distribution (electronic and xerographic).
